Membership Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Naumy Design International (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the Association”) welcomes individuals and organizations who share our mission to advance the design industry globally. This Membership Policy defines the rules, categories, benefits, and obligations for joining our international design community.

1. Purpose and scope
1.1 This Policy applies to all applicants, current members, and renewing members.
1.2 It outlines eligibility, application procedures, membership categories, rights, obligations, and termination rules.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open to students, professionals, and outstanding experts in the fields of design, architecture, visual arts, and related disciplines.
2.2 All candidates must demonstrate alignment with the Association’s values and Code of Ethics.

3. Membership categories
3.1 Student Member — for individuals currently enrolled in educational programs in design or related fields.
3.2 Professional Member — for individuals actively working in design or related industries with a proven portfolio and professional experience.
3.3 Outstanding Expert — for individuals with exceptional achievements, international recognition, and significant contributions to the design field.
3.4 Honorary Member — for individuals or organizations invited by the Association for their exceptional support or impact in design.

4. Application process
4.1 Applicants must submit a completed Membership Application Form and provide supporting documentation according to their category.
4.2 Applications are reviewed by a panel of leading international experts who assess qualifications and determine the membership category.
4.3 The Association reserves the right to request additional information before making a decision.

5. Rights and benefits
5.1 Members have the right to participate in Association activities, programs, and competitions.
5.2 Members receive access to exclusive resources, networking opportunities, and professional development initiatives.
5.3 Members are eligible for awards, recognition programs, and inclusion in official publications and exhibitions.

6. Obligations
6.1 Members must comply with the Association’s Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption & Conflict of Interest Policy, and other governing documents.
6.2 Members must pay membership fees in accordance with the Fee Policy.
6.3 Members are expected to actively contribute to the community’s growth and uphold its reputation.

7. Termination of membership
7.1 Membership may be terminated for non-payment of fees, violation of the Code of Ethics, or actions damaging to the Association’s reputation.
7.2 Members may resign by submitting a written notice to the Association.

8. Renewal
8.1 Membership must be renewed annually through submission of an updated profile and payment of the annual fee.
8.2 Outstanding Experts may be subject to periodic review to confirm their status.

9. Review and updates
This Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with the Association’s mission and industry standards. Updates will be communicated to all members.

Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics sets out the principles, values, and professional standards that all members, partners, and representatives of Naumy Design International are expected to follow. It applies to every individual or organization associated with the Association, regardless of their membership category or location. By joining our community, members commit to upholding the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and responsibility in all professional activities, ensuring that the reputation of Naumy Design International is preserved and strengthened worldwide.

7. Compliance and enforcement
7.1 The Ethics Committee, composed of distinguished experts, reviews all reports of misconduct.
7.2 Violations of this Code may result in actions such as a warning, suspension, or termination of membership.
7.3 Members have the right to respond to allegations and appeal decisions according to internal regulations.

8. Commitment
By applying for or maintaining membership, you agree to comply with this Code of Ethics, to act in accordance with the principles it sets forth, and to contribute to the positive growth and reputation of Naumy Design International.

Fee Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Naumy Design International (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the Association”) establishes this Fee Policy to define the structure, terms, and procedures for payment of membership fees and other applicable charges. This Policy applies to all categories of members and is an integral part of the Membership Agreement.

1. Purpose and scope
1.1 This Policy governs the collection, payment, and management of membership fees and related charges.
1.2 It ensures transparency, fairness, and consistency in financial contributions that support the Association’s activities, resources, and development.

2. Fee structure
2.1 Membership fees are determined by the category of membership: Student Member, Professional Member, Outstanding Expert, and Honorary Member.
2.2 Honorary Members are exempt from membership fees unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 All fees are set annually by the Association’s Board and communicated in advance to members.
2.4 Winners of the Naumy Design Award are granted full exemption from membership fees for the first year.

3. Payment terms
3.1 Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of joining and upon each renewal.
3.2 Payments must be made in USD or through approved payment methods specified by the Association.
3.3 All fees are non-refundable except in cases where an application is rejected before membership confirmation.

4. Discounts and special rates
4.1 The Association may offer reduced rates for students, early-career professionals, or members from developing regions.
4.2 Special rates may be provided during promotional campaigns or for multi-year memberships.

5. Renewal Fees
5.1 Renewal fees are due annually on the anniversary of the membership start date.
5.2 Members who fail to pay by the due date may incur a late fee or risk suspension of their membership.

6. Late payments and suspension
6.1 A grace period of 30 days may be granted for late payments.
6.2 After the grace period, membership rights will be suspended until payment is received.
6.3 Continued non-payment beyond 60 days may result in termination of membership.

7. Additional charges
7.1 Certain services, such as participation in premium programs, competitions, or exhibitions, may require separate fees.
7.2 Such charges will be clearly communicated prior to participation.

8. Financial accountability
8.1 All collected fees are used exclusively for the development of the Association’s programs, resources, events, and member services.
8.2 Annual financial reports summarizing the use of funds will be made available to members.

9. Policy updates
9.1 The Association reserves the right to review and adjust membership fees.
9.2 Changes will be announced at least 30 days prior to implementation.


Anti-Corruption & Conflict of Interest Policy

Naumy Design International (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the Association”) is committed to conducting all activities with integrity, transparency, and in compliance with applicable laws. This Anti-Corruption & Conflict of Interest Policy establishes the principles and procedures that govern our members, staff, and partners to ensure ethical behavior and prevent corruption, bribery, and conflicts of interest in all Association activities.

1. Purpose and scope
1.1 This Policy applies to all members, employees, contractors, experts, volunteers, and representatives of the Association.
1.2 It covers all interactions related to membership, awards, competitions, events, partnerships, and financial transactions, whether occurring locally or internationally.

2. Anti-Corruption principles
2.1 We prohibit any form of bribery, including offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to influence decisions or gain improper advantages.
2.2 All financial transactions must be accurately recorded and supported by proper documentation.
2.3 Members and staff must report any suspected acts of corruption or unethical behavior to the Association’s designated ethics officer.
2.4 Gifts, hospitality, or benefits may only be accepted if they are modest in value, transparent, and compliant with this Policy.

3.1 A conflict of interest occurs when personal, financial, or other interests interfere with the ability to act in the best interests of the Association.
3.2 Members, staff, and experts must avoid situations where their impartiality could be compromised.

3.4 Individuals with a declared conflict must abstain from voting or influencing the decision in question.

4.3 The ethics officer will investigate reports of suspected violations confidentially and take appropriate action.
